Sometimes it is just an uphill battle...

Ever feel like your life is perfectly described by this 'Demotivator'?
Of course you have, don't lie! Remember, I can smell the Dandelions!

Here's a 'funnier' one that I like.
Lotsa words, so a bit hard to read...

Oh, and how many times has this happened...

I think I'll make the purpose of this thread for all who are having a Really Bad Day.
Here is where you will post what your trials and tribulations are, and the virtual group will console and empathize with you as best they can...
OR
...Those amongst us that are less compassionate, and you know who you are, will point their virtual fingers, laugh, and say "Jesus, glad it wasn't me..."

I hate numbers.
Learning to do the park's budget is SUCKING.
Not only is it numbers... but it is GOVERNMENT... which means I fill out 22 forms for each number.

It'll be ok Tracy. Not too much more time and you can stop with the numbers and go home.

Of course, you'll then need to finish packing, finish/start your paper, and semi-clean the house.

Hmmm... Somehow, I don't think I'm helping.

Anyone... anyone?

How about thinking you were going to have an easy day after how the past 4 or 5 had gone in such a hectic manner and then suddenly having one of the biggest hassle projects in your department dropped in your lap and it has to be done tomorrow even though you don't even have half the materials you need to finish it yet?

Wait, that's my day. Never mind.

And yes, Tracy will be fine. She'll be on a plane far above the Atlantic 24 hours from now, and we will all be here typing on our computers, thoroughly jealous of her.

Maki - That sucks. Especially destroying the possibility of a lazy Friday, eh?

Maybe the 'Supporting Documentation Fairy' will show up in time to assist?

At least Maki gets to go in late... after driving my arse to the airport.
I'm sleepy.
Very sleepy.
Still have to go to class.
Paper is shite.
Almost done packing.
House still a mess.
TIRED...
I'm gonna die arriving in Sweden at 7:30 am when my body thinks it is 1:30 am.
*sigh*

Sleep on the plane as much as possible, obviously.

With all the talk of beer, I almost forgot... for his birthday, my Dad used to always get the best damn chocolate in the world from his neice in Sweden. Don't forget to get some chocolate while you're over there!

So, I'm getting annoyed again with my builder, and the never ending stream of subcontractors that he sends my way. I've been in this house almost a year and a half, and there is still a punchlist a mile long.

Lately I've been playing middle man between subcontractors and builder. Builder says this subcontractor will come out and fix X, but then subcontractor looks at X and says, Oh, we don't or will not be doing that. What the FUCK do I care WHO does it, just find someone to fucking fix this shit right for once.

Totally aggravated!

Yeah... I'm stuck with Morrison in Bartram Springs. They were voted second worst builder in all of Jacksonville late last year. Lucky me.

Morrison in other parts of the country doesn't have this bad of a record/reputation. Grrrrr.

Just trying to get everything fixed before the 2yr home warranty is up.
